  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two- five days of your order, and then take up to 30 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at JC Fitness &Athletic Sales has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. 


  1. What's your return policy?

30 day return policy from the time the item arrives.  Please contact us and explain the reason for the return for a full refund. 


  1. Can I cancel my order?

An order maybe canceled within five days of the purchase for a full refund.  There are no cancelations after five days of purchase.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. 


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
